2. REGISTRATION

Registration is required to access part of our services on the pelotoncycling.cc website (our “website”). When you register your details online, we ask you to verify that this information is correct, up-to-date and a true representation of your personal details. You are also responsible for updating the personal details of the account, as well as not revealing the password.

The Terms and Conditions together with all our policies and procedures are governed by and construed in accordance with the law.

3. ORDERS

Once your order has been completed, you will be asked to provide personal and payment details. As part of the online transaction, we will carry out a fraud verification process through our payment service provider. By making a payment through the website, you grant us permission to carry out such verification, if necessary.

Orders placed on the website are subject to stock availability. Items added to the shopping cart on the website will not be reserved and will be available for sale to other customers visiting the online store at the same time.

Once the order is completed through the website, stock will be reserved for your purchase. However, sales will not be confirmed until the order is shipped from the warehouse and payment is successfully processed.

4. PRICE

All prices are shown in local currency where available.

All prices in Europe are shown with taxes included. All total product prices displayed on the checkout page represent the total price payable by customers for those items, regardless of shipping address. For shipments to the European Union, this price includes VAT (or its equivalent) at the current rate.

Import taxes and fees may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are collected by the shipping company on behalf of the local customs authorities.

5. CHANGES IN THE SALE PRICE

Occasionally, Stelvelo will apply discounts on certain items as part of a promotion or sales.

6. PAYMENTS AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER

Payments for orders are not processed until the time the items are shipped and are subject to an anti-fraud verification procedure and verification by the card issuer.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are the holder of the credit/debit card or have your authorization to make the payment. We reserve the right to refuse payment and order from customers under 18 years of age.

We will process payments securely through the payment system and all payment details will be encrypted. The card details will be stored securely on the protected servers.

Payment and order will be considered final when payment has been processed when items are shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any payment or to cancel an order at our discretion.

7. GIFT VOUCHERS AND ELECTRONIC GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers or electronic gift vouchers (“Vouchers”) cannot be purchased with discount or promotional codes or with another Voucher.

Vouchers can be redeemed to purchase Stelvelo products exclusively online, at stelvelo.cc.

Vouchers can be partially used, leaving the outstanding balance in the Voucher code.

The Vouchers can be redeemed within a period of twelve months from their acquisition and the amount that has not been redeemed will not be refunded or credited after its expiration.

The unredeemed amount of a partially redeemed Voucher must be used in the same currency as the first purchase in which it was redeemed.

We cannot replace vouchers if they are lost, stolen or damaged.

8. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, you can request an exchange or a refund, as long as it is within a period of less than 14 days from the receipt of the order and if the item has not been used and is in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for returned items that are not in perfect condition.

Defective items will be replaced, repaired or refunded after evaluation by the Stelvelo Customer Service team. To avoid any type of confusion, those articles that have been received with some type of tare or that develop manufacturing defects will be considered defective items. Articles that have suffered damage caused by use will not be considered defective. Defective items may be returned within twelve (12) months for replacement or repair. If this is not possible, we will offer you a refund or voucher with credit.
